The space
This is an open concept – spacious studio apartment with fast and reliable WIFI, perfect if you are coming just to relax or to work remotely. It can comfortably sleep up to three guests. It has a queen sized bed and a sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen and its spacious bathroom has hot water. It also has a washer and dryer combo machine.
It also has an AC unit, two fans, a smart TV that can be watched from most angles of this practical unit and a spacious balcony with hermetic doors that once closed absorb all the noise from outside.

Location is very convenient. Right across from the front door there is a bus stop and access to other modes of transportation such as Uber is very easy.
Exit the building and make a straight walk of 3 mins and you will be in Casco Viejo and at walking distance or a cheap Uber ride away from great restaurants, bars, supermarkets, museums, coffee shops, pharmacies, banks, stores and even the local fish market and the vegetable market. Also, you can easily connect to Cinta Costera and exercise while appreciating the view of the bay and the skyline.

Moreover, the building has 24 hour security on site, elevator (only residents, guests or office workers can use it) a coffee shop in its premises, recycling area and a spacious and modern co working space designed to cater to the needs of digital nomads, remote workers, and entrepreneurs who require a flexible and productive work environment during their stay. This building is part of a project called La Quince made up of 6 buildings that are being restored or built in the area of Santa Ana. It has been home to iconic events such as the International Film Festival and Panama’s Fashion Week. It also hosts activities to integrate the local communities with all that comes from the development of the area of Santa Ana.

As a guest you will have access to the whole entire unit.

The co working space at the bottom level has rates per day or per month.
